All the time things are advertized, means of payment is by Credit Card. How else people without credit card pay. Use an example for people in Uganda for instance. Thanks

if you are in uganda I don't know but if you are uk and want to purchase on the internet but can't get a credit card try the mastercard prepaid card you put the money in the account eg £10 so you have £10 to spend no credit given no checks needed.

Paypal needs both credit card and bank account on files but perhaps with bank account only you may still be able to use them.
