So i just have a query...please tell me how to go about becoming an astronaut and what should i do after my 12th grade in order to achieve it...

Im in 12th grade...im studying non medical science (physics, chemistry, maths, computers and english)...and i really am interested in becoming an astronaut...please advice...

Either, time the military, physics degree from a class A university, or develop particular talents in other scientific fields with additional studies in astronomy.

For instances, microbiology with specialization of zero gravity environment.

But if you really want to look towards the future. Space travel is going to more of a commercial type environment. Where companies will actually have more opportunities on space exploration and science.

So do some research on the "X prize" and companies like "virgin galactic". That is where the future is.

go for asttronotical engineering from some reputed college..r u an indian..if yes then i suggets u go for PEC or IITs...from there NASA oftenly recruits persons
