You start by thinking only of yourself. As you mature you think more and more of others.

You start with no knowledge, only intelligence. As you mature, you fill your mind with knowledge and use it more intelligently.

You start needing to be heard. As you mature you begin to need to listen.

You start taking all you can get. As you mature you give more than you take.

The characteristics of a mature person is that they are able to delay gratification. Instead of blowing their money on junk they save it to go on a nice vacation to Hawaii in the future. They have discipline and do what needs to be done. Whether they feel like it or not doesn't matter. I wish I was mature!! =)

There are many things that descibes a matured person but when you get down to it,it is someone who takes responsibility in what he or she does and has become more considerate. They begin to see what their actions do and how it affects others. It is someone who doesnt know between whats right and wrong but rather one who has made up his mind what is right and wrong creating the lines between the two within his own mind instead of believing what another thinks is right or wrong....Im sorry but your question is just so vague i can probably write 5-6 more paragraphs but this should be adequate...but philosophy is what you decide and your philosophy is what your mind thinks, your interpretation of a matured person may be different from many others

To laugh often and much, to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better, whether it's by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know that one life breathed easier because you have lived...is to have succeeded

well, everyone has there flaws and such but generally a mature person holds common morals and abstinence from things he knows he/she shouldn't do. knows right from wrong and has control. makes his/her own decisions. thats what most people sum it up as. but the most mature thing you can do is acknowledge your mistakes and know when to be responsible. i hope this answers your question. i don't know if this is for relationship wise or a study but im here to help :)
