i got a friend of mine who is just 16 years old and he watches porno on the internet and i dont really see the disadvantages.Do anyone know the effects of this???

He is getting a "warped view" of life...
Those people will do "anything" for a buck...
Normal people will not do half the stuff, or 'want' to do half the stuff they do...
Remember, those people seem to go on forever...They dont! They take breaks, and the filming is spliced together to seem like the man will never "get off"...
The woman moans like she is in "heat"...when she is terribly bored, most of the time, out of her mind and cant even keep her mind on the 'job'...LOL!!!
Best advice is to get him to forego not watching these things and warping his values and judgement, and thinking that its "normal"...

Watching pornography might give him an unrealistic expectation of what sex is like. And what sex with someone you really care about or love is like.
In real life all the girls are not always pretty and willing and the guys are not always handsome, well endowed and possessed of stamina.
Plus it may make him view women as sex objects with no real purpose in life but to sexually satisfy him.

He will never have a successful marriage.
No wife will ever live up to his expectations and fantasies.
Porn sites have ruined many marriages, either by those above or credit card debt.
It's a sickness with no cure.
At any age.
It's like an alcoholic. One drink is "too much, a hundred not enough".

Underage viewing of adult material penalty varies from state to state. Usually just a ticket and slap on the wrist if anyone actually enforced it

Most of the teenagers will ended up masturbating themselves. Yes, if you do it too ofter the side effect will be impotency. So think carefully before doing it.

I heard somewhere that looking at / watching porn can give you unreal expectations about sex. The same way looking at magazine models gives you unreal expectations of the human body.

On the downside for the boys when I was that age, they don't relate to real girls as well as the other boys, so it takes them longer to find a girlfriend & get laid for real!!
