What? Is he a parole violator or a prisoner? Is he in prison for parole violations? Has he run away from the facility where he's serving his probation? Is he at a half-way house?
If he's just a violator you might want to talk to his Parole Officer because I'm pretty sure that they won't post information about parolee's on the web.
If he's at a prison or half-way house or other facility, you'd probably want to contact them directly. Maybe they will tell you something.
If he's run away from any of the above and is not in touch with his Parole Office you might want to contact the Police. I'm sure that they would be interested in getting information about him too.
