Men: sperm donor. Other than that there are some which, to date, only men have done (US President, VP, Chief Justice, combat fighter pilot, 5-star general, etc) but those could change. Some do seem so incredibly unlikely to change (Pope), but today's (offically) celibate popes would probably seem highly unlikely to popes of the early church.
Women: egg donor, breast-feeder. And, like the above, maybe always the position of Catholic nun. But some very traditionally women's job have been done by men increasingly. President of NOW. Nursing, teaching grade school, etc.

Men: Fathering, Empregnating, President, Pope, Priest, Pilot, Ground Combat, All jobs requiring constant heavy lifting
Women: Mothering, Child bearing, Breast Feeding

Thus far, the President has always been a woman. In America, anyway. This may change come next election. who knows? of course, the job of mother can only be a woman. men dont have the parts. can't think of anything else right now. stupid memory!

Men don't really have any job that women can't do in today's world, except perhaps getting a woman pregnant, which is one of the things only women can do. Also, women are the only ones who can breastfeed, and are the ones who have menstrual cramps. Though I doubt that that was exactly what you meant...sorry! ; )

But it's interesting to note that generally women are better multi-taskers but men do one job better than the others.
Also, men focus on the wider aspect while women focus on detail. (Men = forest, Women = tree and its leaves),
