Can anyone tell me the BT internet incoming and outgoing e mail servers for outlook express?

If you set both the pop3 (incoming) and smtp (outgoing) to mail.btinternet.com, this will allow you to get your mail in Outlook with your username and password.

If you get problems with it, you can find more information on the Welcome pack CD and this will also setup the mail account for you.

If I've understood you correctly the answer is mail.btinternet.com pop3
