Which ones have the best food, the most hygenic conditions, the best organization?

Go to the biggest cities, or the ones with the most homeless people and then you will find your best soup kitchens. You will get bad with the good, but if you look around in say, San Francisco and New York, then you will find some good stuff. Also, those cities have more liberal people are willing the spend their time and money and people who need help.

Spudric 13 is confused. Liberal people love class envy. They like it when poor people look up to them as their saviours. What they really want is for poor people to remain poor. Conservatives would prefer to teach the poor how to be prosperous.
