It's widely believed that they did. The Earth Two Batman and Catwoman married, but now that Earth Two has been eliminated, there is some doubt about that. Dark Knight Returns showed Catwoman as a bloated, aging whore, and I would like to think that this is not how she will end up. DKR is a source of some canon but need not be pure canon. At times, it has been implied that a world-weary Selina Kyle and Batman have occasionally given each other respect and comfort and a place to rest while recuperating from their wars. That was a little tricky, and only early on in their relationship, before Batman knew that she was a thief. I get the impression that he really does care for her and would like to help reform her. She has also carried on a relationship with a Gotham cop named Bullock. So she is no stranger to men. This is in contrast to those who have tried to imply that she was lesbian, oslt.

About 15 years ago, Adam West was a guest MC on "Evening at the Improv". He was obviously drunk off his @$$ and did a long, rambling monologue about Catwoman and Batman getting it on. If Batman says it happened, it happened.
EDIT: The Huntress was the daughter of the EARTH-TWO BM and CW, but DC got rid of Earth-2 in 1985, which, coupled with "Secret Wars" at Marvel, was enough to make me quit mainstream comics. So I don't know WHOSE daughter the Huntress is.
