Exercise doesn't "kill" fat, but mobilizes fat stores to "burn" for energy. Fat is fat and cannot "turn" to muscle. As you burn fat with exercise, you strengthen your muscles in the process.

fat cells never leave your body. they just shrink. you are left with the same amount of fat cells, they are just smaller. You can always get just as fat and fatter with the same cells. the only way to KILL or remove fat is lyosuction.

Exercizes uses energy. If you eat something, but don't use it, it becomes fat. Fat is basically stored energy -- your body's way of saving your food to use it later. So if you do a lot of physical work, your body needs to tap into its reserves (fat) to give you enough energy to do it.
