Well there's this guy- he keeps coming by and tapping me on the shoulder with his ruler or pencil...yesterday i told him to stop and he's like fine then I'll just touch you... n then he slid his hand from my shoulder down to my elbow- I'm really slow when it comes to these things :\

Games are the nature of relationships. Its how we test the water and check responses. If you think that you don't play them your a fool. Yes I would say he is interested alot. I guy will not chance rejection in that way if he wasn't trying to let you know that he wants to be closer to you and have permission (an honor that you can bestowe on or remove from others) to touch you. If you decide that the approaches are undesired you can nicely ask him not to, if he doesn't get more straight forward, A harmless gesture to let you know that he has noticed you isn't sexual harasment. Sexual harasment has a sexual context, a touch isn't necessalily sexual in context. If you go around like that no one will take the chance to let you know they are interested.

Sounds like you're also blind to sexual harassment lol. Stop doesn't mean "oh please stroke my elbows" as far as I know. But then again, maybe that is just his strange way of letting you know he's into you. How about next time he pokes you, you poke him back and say "You only poke people you have the hots for don't you?". Surprise him and catch him off guard!

Does he like you? He's probably trying to flirt with you... in the summer, where do you tap people with rulers?!?! Summer school? Anyways, if you feel uncomfortable, then tell someone, and since I'm assuming it's in summer school, tell the teacher otherwise he's harrassing you.
