A company as big as singtel will always need fresh blood coming to bring in breakthrough, new idea, new business. It is as good as bringing new candidates for a general election. I support his move..

I think he has worked hard enough after securing giant telco like Optus in Australia and other parts of the world particularly Asia, he got too worn out growing from a homegrown company to giant MNC, but then, there should underlying reasons for a CEO to resign when the company has grown this huge, it's anybody's guess.
