yes yes yes if you cry because hurt your foot you can smile thinking ...
atleast its not broke
i was fortunate because people have it worse
i can still drive with the other foot
atleast in a week i can run again
now i have a reason to lay around
atleast my shoe still fits
sex is still an option
i don't have to walk around with stupid crutches
its just a foot, atleast i don't eat out of a tube
i can start using the rest of my body so i am abled
i can still think straight

Its very true,cause facing life straight in face,being steady and brave; makes one's life "worthwhile" and "well - lived" in the end.Its in your hands what you do to life,live it smiling even at the most breaking pains or keep grumbling over even the pettiest of issues.
