Based on the article that you referred us to, rates were unacceptably high for all races depending on what and how you were looking at things. Percentages can be misleading especially when you look at real numbers. Whites account for the largest segment of the population, and therefore numerically will have higher Numbers for illegitimacy, crime, etc., but they also have better resources, and are dealt with differently and much more positively than other races within this Country. Also, where did this man get his data, and how was the research done? The sources were not properly listed so that they could be formally checked for accuracy? So, lets play fair...

It's unfortunate that illegitimacy rates are this high, I guess the easiest answer is that if parents won't teach their kids to act and behave morally and responsible, the education system should.
I don't understand what's so hard about covering your stump before you hump or taking the pill. If your not responsible enough to do that, you aren't responsible enough to be makin' babies in the first place.

eh? it's actually a problem with the teen pregnancies- and then the baby's daddy ups and leaves...wow...they're all different races obviously..what's this about it only being about black people? i think every1 should stop- if that didn't happen 2 any black person in the world..the statistics would still be high :\ geez
