Gladiator and a Beautiful Mind are tied for my favorite. Gladiator was interesting, action filled with a good story but rather a sad movie. However A Beautiful Mind was a story that was well told about a subject that is often kept in the dark. Inspiring.

He outacted Al Pacino. If you compare his play acting in Gladiator to that in The Insider you see how capable he is of changing his appearance - that's impressive.
