Because a game can be fun to watch even if one is unable to play well. Just as one can enjoy listening to good music even if one is unable to play an instrument.

Don't know why anyone would love soccer must be a poor person thing. Soccer is more boring than baseball which puts me to sleep.

I LOVE SOCCER. But if u ask me to kick a ball in the net I 'll probably trip over the ball or dint even kick it close to the net. but I love waching people play the game it's exciting and fun. I always say u dont have to know how to do something to enjoy it.

i like soccer and i can barely kick a ball around! its a fun sport to watch. you dont have to actually play a sport to like it...cause then we'd all have to be experts! thats not gonna happen.
plus some people just discover a sport at an age where its too late to start playing or an age where you know you wont be any good.

hmmmm.... are you saying that you would expect a guy in a wheelchair who loves soccer to get out there and kick the ball around? I love football, but I am not gonna take my fat, out of shape axx out on any field...lmao

same reason people love hockey but can't play it, love baseball but can't play it...etc....there's no real connection, ...some people just aren't athletic but like to have something to root for....
