I have problems with agression i cant control mouthing off and well hurting people!!!! the smallest thing can set me off and its really screwing with the way i interact with my family and friends(lucky they've stuck it out sooooo long)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok... in this case i feel u shud give sum time to urslf , try and undstd urself with a piece of mind....dont worry at all ur agression ll turn down with time...or may b be with sum1 who undstds u very wel.....dont get hypered and try 2 b patient.... or 1 more way is start reading communication skils book.... tke cre

Congrats!..At least you know the problem. Many venture into next life without realizing the issue at stake...It's not being aggressive that's a problem, but that you come across as Aggressive as a BULL!
I would suggest two things:
1. Think before you leap! ....It's not a bad idea to speak the way your "ideal" would!...&
2. Get your Hands on Dale Carnegie's book on Public speaking..it's a must have!

You just did the first part for yourself, asking for help. Unfortunately, I'm not there to help you, so you gotta admit this to your family, let them know you are aware of the pain you are causing, and ask them to help you get treatment or counseling. Probably you are stressed out on some aspect of life: boys, school, money, friends, must be something!

you need to go to the doctor, sounds like to me that you are manic biopolar, that requires medicine everyday for chemical inbalance of the brain.. GET HELP NOW so your family can enjoy being with you again.....
