Chicago.
Even though it is a little extreme as the weather is concerned...it has the best bars, clubs, restaurants, jazz//blues concerts, taste of Chicago, Venetian Night, Air and Water Show and a million other great festivals in the summer.
Rent is cheap.
people are REALLY FRIENDLY!

Charleston, SC It has bars on every street corner. People are the best in the world and the town is always beautiful. It is also a good college town. So there are parties every where plus the beach is right there. The wages are great. It is a tourist town so you have lots to choose from.
