I am. I love silent films from the '10s and '20s. I'm 17, and I've been collecting those films since I was like 8.
Clara Bow is my favorite actress from the silent era. Harold Lloyd is my favorite comedian.
I tune in to watch "Silent Sunday Nights" on Turner Classic Movies ever sunday night at 9pm.
Any silent film fans around here?

Yes!!! Nosferatu is one of my favourites.
And I'm a HUGE fan of Theda Bara.
They don't make them like they used to. Even when films included dialogue they were better than the crap that has now invaded the big screen.
You can't compare *any* actor of today to Bela Lugosi or Vincent Price!!!

Heavens, yes! I'm 27, & a huge fan especially of Hollywood: a celebration of the American silent film (1980), a 13 part series on the subject. Modern technology such as YouTube is of such benefit to silents as most are in the public domain, or put up for "free use."

My favourite is Lilian Gish, especially in Griffith's Intolerance and Sjöström's The Wind + the adorable Asta Nielsen.
I love Erich von Strohheim's Greed and Wiene's Cabin of Dr. Caligari, Fritz Lang's Metropolis, Murnau's Nosferatu and Tartuffe, etc., etc., etc. - Yes a big silent film fan here. Thanks for reminding me again!

I like buster Keaton's "The General" very much.
And I like "Steamboat-Willy" Jesus, what a comedy ... and
the man with the stone face never smiles....
My favorite movie from the silent area is "Nosferatu"...
I also like old German silent movies ... but nobody knows
them ... "Faust" or that frightening
"Golem — und wie er in die Welt kam" or
"Dr Caligari" .. but that's another story ....
... and I know some very old Laurel&Hardy-movies ...
and I love them ...
Clara Bow ... is she in "Wings" ?!? That Clara Bow?
There is also one modern "silent movie" I like very much,
it is Mel Brooks' "Silent Movie"
