dont tell them... for your sake. I know most people think you should be open with your friends, but this will ruin your life(and others) so just stay in that closet for a little longer.

Find some friends who support you before you do it, because you're going to need some people to have your back for the fallout that will most likely happen. Then just tell a few of your friends at a time that you're gay. Just come out and say it. The ones that accept you are worth it, everyone else can go screw themselves.

Tell freinds that will support you.Get quite a few of them.HAve them there if you decide to tell your non supportive friends.

If they are true friends they will probably already know, subconsciously!!! I know that i knew well before my friend told me that she was gay!!!
