No, it shouldn't be illegal. But some people might prefer that questions should not be so graphic. But questions that are asked clearly and that are still sexual, there shouldn't be anything wrong with that. If there was, there should be a limited questions that you could ask on the pregnancy and pre-teen catergories.

not illegal, maybe wrong. there really should be a section for it because its part of most people's lives and they have every possible topic on here other than that... and biker gangs, but thats besides the point. I know there are kids on here that could go into that section, but at least they wouldnt have to see it if they didnt want to... I have just browsed this site and my mom came over to me and saw a random question about sex that some idiot posted and my mom got all mad. sure she got over it, but that should have never happened in the first place... there really needs to be a 'sex' section.

Not illegal but a matter of good taste & yahoo guidelines..Is the question health related? phrased in a polite fashion? If not it may be removed by reporting it to yahoo

The techniques were continuously deleted off my questions interior some days, yet i'm unclear if there replaced into any action taken antagonistic to the guy who left the unsolicited mail message. i might want to assume that their Y!A account replaced into suspended.

It is not illegal to ask Questions about sex.
Only those Questions which have an openly obscene content, or perverted connotations, are not welcome in Yahoo! Answers.

I think you can put that question under dating category. It is not illegal as long as it makes sense (of course) :P.
