Mark up language is code. You are building a page using html code. A page layout program like Dreamweaver allows you to see the page layout as you build it. Dreamweaver writes the code for you.

have you ever heard of WYSIWYG; this mean What You See Is What You Get.
some programs like dreamweaver offers WYSIWYG.
dreamweaver allows you to insert your page data in any manner you want and it just generates the codes for you
