In the US, the mass of an egg can be found from the size specified on the carton: small, medium, large, and extra large, with each increment of size adding a quarter ounce per egg. How long to boil an egg depends on whether you want to coagulate just the white, or the yolk as well (and by how much). But for eggs of the usual size, the required time is such a weak function of the egg size that you can use one particular time for all.

It would be more complex than I believe you imagine, The boiling point of water varies greatly with atmospheric pressure, hardness etc.. Eggs vary greatly with feed, age, etc..
How cold are the eggs when you start?
