first of all dont panic,there is no such thing,are you having trouble with yours?if not,whats the problem,gal has had 106 for 7years and its never broke down,hubby,s a real car nut,had brand new so called supercars & exotica and they have been nothing but trouble,off the road more than on,can 20million french be wrong?enjoy your car,happy motoring,hubby,s roaring round in 35year old lairy escort,loves it but he,s got 6mnth old evo car & some kind of nissan r something which scares the hell out me, both in garage,both with electrical problems,you would,nt take them for nothing!!if your 307 starts and gets you there you cant ask for anything better,relax.Julie.x.

they are renowned for just about everything possible to go wrong Peugeot have got worse over the years yet still seem to sale well.i think the 306 was a better car for handling and general reliability.even they are not perfect.lets hope your one is a far better car then the stigma it seems to come with.you were better having a focus or a jap car like a corralla.

Bought mine brand new 18 months ago.
Most of the time it seems OK, but in very cold temperatures the electrics go crazy. I hate the car and would never consider another Peugeot.

I agree.

I had one for 3 years and it was just fault after fault.

The dealer was useless too which just made things worse.

Never again!

A fellow Peugeot owner told me that you have to keep then 10 years, and at that point whatever you have left (hasnt fallen off) is a good car.
