You say, i stopped working will we pay our bills this month? who is we?....anyone other than the children should be able to pull some weight. Then you ask will you make it through this month with electricity? Come on now... make it through the month sure, but only if the bill did not already have a cut off notice. Furthermore, it is the 21st of July where I am. Is rent not due, on the first of the month? Not putting you down, but just recently in the same boat. Need more information, but why worry about the lights if you have no where to put them

If your bill isn't due, your electricity will stay on at least 30 more days. If you haven't paid it, they will shut it off, but they will give you a notice first. If there are young children, elderly people, or people with disabilities in the home, sometimes they take that into consideration. Contact a local charity, your local Salvation Army, or your local social services office to ask for referrals to organizations that might help. Also, check to see if you qualify for unemployment.

Well its not exactly a magic 8 ball here. If you have enough money for bills, then they should be paid. You can actually be a month late with most bills before they cut stuff off.

You will if you seek unemployment. Call your local electric company. They may have a program which helps those unable to pay their electric bill.

You can also sign up here if you want to work at home. The extra money helps alot. And it doesn't cost to join.

Um, well, it depends on your situation....is the bill behind already? Do you qualify for emergency assistance from your local Community Action or Metro United Way? That's about all you can do.

My lucky 8 ball says try again. Maybe turn off the internet. That'll save you some money right there.

Yes, if you had savings or were laid off and can get unemployment, and or if your other half works. Sorry, a little long for a Magic 8 Ball.
