frog legs taste like a cross between chicken and fish, very good but kinda like chicken wings...not much meat on the bones. rabbit is very good and doesn't seem to get as dry as chicken can when it is cooked although the taste is very similar.

I have had both rabbit and frogs' legs. Neither tasted like chicken. I think people say that because they both have such mild flavours, and are usually served in some kind of a sauce (or in a stew, like rabbit). About the only think i've had that tasted like chicken that *wasn't* chicken was a Cornish Game Hen.....and isn't that just a miniature chicken? Even *turkey* doesn't taste like chicken.
So eat your frogs' legs and your rabbit.....but keep them separate, and use a different sauce for each. (They would be good served with rice and a side salad.)

Rabbit tastes a bit like lamb, actually. Never tried the frogs' legs.

frog legs r nice.but i had never eaten a rabbit.u should eat them instead of chicken cuz now have bird flu.
