If he gets vilent call the cops. Go in a room and lock the door. Your parents need to get a hold of him. Keep telling them or tell another relative to talk to your parents. He has a problem, he needs to get help?

Contact a crisis center. Figure out what your options are, for you and your baby. Figure out what your options might be, to deal with the problem of your brother, if your parents won't. Find your local Al-Anon group. It's for people whose lives are affected by somebody else's drinking.

And if leaving turns out to be your best choice, please don't avoid it just because it's hard. It's hard to do what you're doing, already. Might as well go for hard, but safe and happier, instead of just plain hard.
