Enthalpy! Actually a good question!
Sir,
According to Boyle and similar the poorer conductor of heat is gas because it is less dense. However, gases can cheat easier because of the fluid properties and employ Convection to supplement its needs so generally if you are merely talking about the conveyance of heat gas can do it much quicker but it is not pure conduction. Confussed ? I told you it was a good question!

Depends on the molecular structure, gases are generally poorer conductors than liquids.

definitely gases - physical contact always provides for the best transfer of heat. look at the heat sink of your computer if you don't believe me.

gas because of particle theory. the particles are further apart and therefore the heat cant spread between them that much
