we were friends at first,then it got intimate..then whatever was there...disappeared.what now?

It would seem as if you rushed things that she wasn't quite ready for, so she left you. Your best bet is to either forget about it and move on or do what everybody does and wait to see if she comes back, but the success rate of that is so low that it's no where near worth it unless you keep other options open.
