Men prefer fake because they look really good but not for sex reasons. Just like women with big breast looks good but when they remove their bras everything just drop side ways. Small breast women don't really look good when they dressed up but when without clothes those mama just stands out. And they look fantastic and fresh. So small breast women and big breast women have their own qualities.

Same thing for women, do they prefer real stuff or fake. Of cause fake is harder rite. But do not have all the qualities that it needs. Lack of warm nest in them rite.

I would answer your question by saying that it is individual. Because some men loves good looking women so fake stuff but looking look is a real turn on for them. But most men prefer real stuff because it has the correct qualities that a man needs. It's soft and tender.
