winzip is a zipping program that you, apparently, have on your computer.
Zipping is a means of compressing (making smaller) files so that they can easily be sent over the internet and take up less space on the wires. It (zipping) changes the contents of a file, slightly, so viruses could be hiding in there that the Antivirus can't see. That's why it is saying you need to do that, so it can see them and check them for viruses.
I guess you'll have to find the folder that has the zipped files in it (and also the unzipped folder as well), and then scan that folder for viruses. It might want you to unzip the zipped files so it can scan them. I'm not sure.

Sir,
Winzip is a utility which allows you to compress large files into small ones. It is used for tranfereing large data packages over email and similar. If you follow this route .
then find winzip and load it
It will show you a list of compressed files, most likely ones you have downloaded from the internet. You most likely can delete those files. That is what Norton is asking you to do.

Winzip is a archiving and compression utility. Norton is actually tellin you to delete a specific file and but not the whole program!
