how about reformatting your computer? you still have the original installation cds? i would suggest backing up your files, reformatting, and reinstalling everything. don't install uneccessary programs such as AIM or Y!msgr. They're too hard on your system. Along with AOL or any other web-based program. Only install what you need. Then get a firewall and antivirus program. I suggest Norton.
