pratice with playing cards face down first. Try to guess which card it is. practice meditation also. Try to calm your mind down. Calm enough until you can hear the heartbeat of others. Later try to calm your mind enough until you can hear their feelings and their thoughts. It's like puting yourself into someone's shoes.
