Captain America, though mightily strong and has a handy Vibranium (TM) shield, would lose rather handily to Darkwing Duck. Darkwing's numerous and sundry gadgets (too long ago to remember what they were specifically) would quickly cause Captain America to chuck his shield in a foolish attempt to brain Darkwing. The shield would miss due to Darkwings seeming clumsiness (though it is really a thinly disguised use of Pong Shu Wing, the ancient art of Chinese Kung-Fu Stumble Fighting) and the shield would get lodged in some foul, sticky muck that Darkwing had tried to utilize earlier and "missed" Captain America. Darkwing, after "accidentally" dodging the shield would then perform his patented "Quack Attack" (TM), summoning the hordes of Disney ducks through an inter-dimensional portal who would then peck Captain America to death.
Darkwing vs. Captain Planet and the Planeteers
Upon reading the news that Tom Cruise was a scientologist, the planeteers quickly disbanded and had their names changed and will never fight pollution again. Captain Planet has since been kidnapped by the Scientology Aliens and Darkwing wins by default.

darkwing duck anyday against anybody cause well he's darkwing Darkwing Duck!!! he's the duck of mystery, and he the master of surprise. captain america doesn't even come close to that.
