I'm going to a concert 2mro. Its a Punjabi concert by these two very good Punjabi singers. They are trying to give the message of Punjab (a part of India) to the Punjabi Children in America to not forget where they come from and stuff. For that kind of a think should i wear a Punjabi Suit? or should i just wear some jeans and a nice top? I have no idea!!!
They show is an hour away from my house so i will have to drive an hour to get there then an hour back and its also like 110 degrees here, so i think a punjabi suit will get hot, but......

Wear whatever you are comfortable with so that you can enjoy the concert . Just make sure it does not turn heads or raise an eyebrow ...........you know what I mean :))
We all are a part of this one world . Of course, we should always remember our roots but that's a matter of mind . Wearing Punjabi clothes is to celebrate the spirit of the concert but if you are wearing any casuals or non-Punjabi dress , it doesn't make you any less Punjabi .

i think you should wear a punjabi suit. This will mark the occasion and represent india as well.

...why not combine the 2...wear jeans and a punjabi suit's top...it'll hopefully be different, and still punjabi have fun :)

wear jeans and a tshirt simple plain and stylish
add earings and a belt.
dont sweat in the heat wear a good perfume
and add sunglasses if its hot

why should they remember just punjab??? wear rajasthani damn it.. shows patriotism - and you will have many people who arent from punjab love you for being nice for once!
