Holding a door open. Politeness. A non-foul mouth unless you want to attract that kind of girl.

number one learn to spell and use proper english. be clean, dress nice and clean if you cant be fashionable at least be clean. speak nicely, respectfully, offer to cary her books, hold the door for her, and so on, sure this is oldfashioned, but it never goes out of fashion to treat a girl like a lady, tell her she looks nice or gave a nice report in class or something like that. dont act like a jerk.
