Get a credit card if you are able to do so. They are good for sending you cash advance checks at a low interest rate for so many months when you first open the account. Divide the money into so much for each bill you have, but make sure you have some of that money left over to start a nest egg. Keep up with your payments on the credit card and NEVER be late with a payment. It will screw you over for the next part.
When the introductory special rates are close to expiring, get another credit card with a low interest rate for so many months and transfer the remaining balance of the first credit card into that one. Don't close the first account but don't use it either. Your credit score goes down if you close the card. This only works for so long, so don't rely on this method.

I highly recommend you to discipline yourself on spending less money on things you cannot afford with your salary. Start living frugally, do whatever you need to do whether eating beans and corn beef, save as much as you can to pay off your debt.
