she's tired of people going around quoting other people, and talking about what everybody else says. It means gossip, and the like.

I believe thats from a Limp Bizkit song, but the meaning "he says she says bullshit" is just that..one person saying something, another saying something else, both trying to get the same result. ie: I said not to do that! the other person says "I told him to do that!" contradiction, etc..
