You might also want to download and use the other softwares there that will help you with DTP [like PagePlus], Photo Editing[like PhotoPlus] Graphic Designing [like DrawPlus] and 2D and 3D Animation [like 3DPlus] to help you enrichen your Web Designs.
The softwares are absolutely free with free registration and free license. And they, also, have very easy to follow Tutorials that'll teach you how to use the softwares.
