Anybody has seen "One Armed" Abdul Rehman Tunda - the most sought (terror) explosive specialist?

This morning in the TV news I noticed a fellow is caught by Kenyan Police at Mombasa named Abdul Rehman Tunda the terror explosive specialist who is most wanted in connection with several terror explosive bursts in India. Whether it is a gimmick or reality as police is going on blaming different groups in associating the recent blasts in India?
