Get her something for her and only her. Perfume, lingerie, a good book, or something she collects. Chances are her life revolves around her kids and sometimes she just needs to be reminded that she's still the woman you fell in love with.

I suggest you accompany her in the delivery room, help her taking care of your kids while she's still recovering and give her ahugs and kisses. You yourself know what to give her. Anything you will give her would make her happy and i nkow she will appreciate it.

Don't get her anything that has to do with babies. Women like to fell that appreciated not only as baby machines and Mommies.
