No. It would not be adviseable to put that on a resume.
It comes across as bragging and will probably disqualify you from being selected... especially if your's is higher than the person evaluating the resume.

No, it is not appropriate to include IQ test result. Besides, most of the interviewers will think that you're an idoit to put it in, so they won't even bother interviewing you.

Simple, NO! Resumes are designed to sell me on your skills and experience. I'll judge your intelligence and personality during an interview.

By asking you questions and listening to your responses, I'll begin to see if you really know your stuff and could handle the job.

It would be good for a laugh, but not good for actually getting a job. I can't even explain how many different ways that is wrong.

No. IQ is no guarantee that you will be a good employee, and if yours is high, you will seem to be bragging and/or coasting on it.
