Israel has committed crime and it should be draged to the trial for killing innocent people of Lebnon.

Hezbollah has started indeed with a clear fully military operation against a couple of soldiers to liberate the Lebanese prisoners in the Israeli's prisons since 20 years now!!
the reply was to kill 320 civilians and injuring 1000 till now, among those only 4 persons from Hezbollah. If the real target was Hezbollah personnel, is it OK to kill all the 300 to get 4 ??!!!
If this was not a crime, I cannot think of a definition of it...

NO. Isreal is fighting back against Hezbollah. They are attacking where Hezbollah is and has dropped leaf-lets to warn the civilians to get out of the area. The sad thing is that the Hezbollah is not allowing the civilians to leave! So Israel gets blamed to them being killed.

no they are defending themselves.ask yourself this:what happens if all the muslim extremists disarm?we have peace.what happens if israel disarms?we have another holocaust.the land is israel,they have a right to defend it.what's a palestinian,but an arab invention.before it was israel,it belonged to england who took it away from the ottomon empire,it was never "palestine"plus when the jews were given the land they hadn't already bought by the UN in 1948,they offered citizenship to all the arabs within their borders,the ones that accepted still live there and thrive.the rest along with 5 arab armies fell on them and tried to destroy them.shalom

yes sure they comitted crimes, and if u want to know the truth dont watch cnn or israeili media, and about who is saying that hizbullah killed the american soldiers,yeah they did but the soldiers came to lebanon to help israel kill our nation,u dont know how it feels when u r country is occupied and ur people are killed,sure u will do more then hizbullah is doing.

No. They are trying to stop terrorist attacks from Hezzbellah who are operating out of Lebanon. The Lebanese gov. has been unable to stop the terrroists so Isreal can either allow the terror acts to continue or do something about it themselves.
