Do you think chamomile tea helps? My wife likes a glass of red wine. I have tried massage and a foot spa for my aching feet as well as a cold, dark room and heavy blankets. My doctor once suggested going to bed earlier and earlier, half-an-hour every night from the time I fall asleep till I find the right early time. This was stupid and didn't work. I no longer bake at 5 a.m. in the morning and have traded that in for cleaning shifts two days a week because of my broken ankle. What do you think?

Take melatonin. It's a natural hormone that your body produces to make you sleepy. You can get it at a drug store in pill form. It works great.

Try the chamomile you can sweeten it with honey. uni some works well, its benadrill no more than 50mg i would start out with 25mg. to see how you do. Make sure you have 8 hours or it may not be worn off. I would take it one night when i didn't have to work the next day it makes some people draggie the next day if its not worn off. Or you could work graveyard and sleep during the day. Good luck

do some breathing exercises. Inhale deep at the count of one, hold for four, and exhale for two. Repeat ten, twice a day or more. It's an exercise to oxygenate your blood which finally brings oxigen to your brain and it's got to do something good for you.

What i like to try is the whole....

My toes are asleep,
my heal is asleep,
my foot is asleep,
my ankle is asleep,
my calf is asleep,
my shin is asleep,

.......

imagine every body part you have, you will never make it to the end....

but you have to truly concentrate.

It is like a meditation.

Believe. And you will become....

good luck, hope it helps....

it has always helped me.

I wish I knew the answer to that. If I did, I wouldn't be sitting up, answering questions at two in the morning.
