when you think about the number of people starving does it matter to you. is there any hope left. or do you just pretend it doesnt matter. then super size your mc fatty meal?

I realize it matters, and I think it's sad that there are other people in this world living like that when there is so much wealth elsewhere in the world. There are a lot of people working to bring attention to this (celebrities, charities, etc), but I really think the thing that could help it the most is if our President & Government paid attention and used their inflence to bring attention to the other world leaders to help impoverished places in the world. It's been put on the backburner with the war and everything, but the only way we can help is if the government pays attention too.

I think it's really great that celebrities are making an effort to help. They are using their influence, just on a smaller scale. :)

there is hope as long as people like you keep asking the question, and raising awareness. There are more than enough established organizations in the world to fix this problem, more than enough money, just not enough love.

I don't adhere to your premise....

starving people are starving because they're breeding themselves out of existence..and they cannot cope. To help them,,is to subsidize them..and one cannot subsidize others breeding practices..because to make them healthy..and well fed..is to give them permission to keep breeding..thus..you haven't solved anything.

and i don't eat fast foods......ever!
