A Sunglass hut salesperson said that they do this, but it's not advertised. Is it true anyone?

I know a friend of mine found a pair in a lake with the one arm broken off and sent them away and got a new pair for free, but that was atleast 2 yrs ago so im not sure if they do it anymore, wouldn't hurt to ask though

Yes, they really do it, my friend didt it no problem. The trick is to remember to hold on to your reciept for the lifetime of the glasses, which I can NEVER SEEM TO DO. They don't advertise it for obvious reasons (most people would just buy new ones, getting them mo' money) but they do have a brochure/pamphlet with the instructions on how to do it.
