how would one go about starting a pettion through email and making sure it gets to the white house......I know how to start a pettiong but how would I know if the 1000 person on that list would send it to the white house..........or maybe someone is for the war would get it in their email and deleate it without forwarding it.

start up some sort of website where people can electronically sign a petition...then email the signatures to the white house.

if your petition was for real the people would send it.but if it is crap then you would have to set and worry that the people wouldn't go through with their obligation and send it ,(AS YOU ARE)
