Yes you can! And you (if you are a girl) can still get pregnant even if you two didn't have actual intercourse. Determining as to whether you still have the hyman still intact, and if it isn't, that's one red flag waving at you. If the male counterpart ejaculates outside of the vagina, those tiny miniscule varmint sperm cells, can find themselves up your falopian tubes. It is what they were created to do. It has been proven that women have given birth 9 months later after just "foolin around". Do yourself a favor, abstain from sex, save it for that really true soulmate of your dreams. You will be avoiding sexually transmitted diseases and having to deal with an unplanned pregnancy. Save your self a lot of trouble, just don't do it!

can you get a woman pregnate after one sex????? ummmm don't you mean after having sex one time..yes one time without a condom and birth control is all it takes. oh and it's pregnant not pregnate...use spell check next time.
