I agree with Yosora and Cyn and all ppl that they are not actually 13 or 14,,if they get caught they would serve in jail..

Most Japanese looks younger than their ages
.if these girls age are printed on the said cover...the publisher would be under investigation and the said photographer in Japan. .if you you read it and written there they were 13 or 14 then it is illegal. they are very strict in Japan..regarding exploiting the minors..
and sometimes if they don't know they would mistook it for Japanese girls but not other asian girls..

the answer is NO... and it was explained clearly by the above answerers...as you are 14, you are too much young to see some of these porno and not recommended. but sometimes it is unavoidable to see such things like this because it is everywhere.. good that you are looking for decent models,,

♡Well, I don't think "girls under the age of 18 are allowed to be in porno or be portrayed nude in Japan" or ANY other country for that matter!! The pictures you mentioned didn't sound 'nude'. You mentioned them 'wearing their bikinis and panties'. Big difference, don't you think? How can you be so sure they're only 13 and 14 or even Japanese for that matter? If it was a Japanese DVD, can you read the Japanese cover? (Why would you, a 14 year old,(?) be looking at that in the first place?)~Hmmmm, makes you wonder huh? There are lots of 'weird' things on the Internet from all over the world.♡

Haven't you ever heard of a person by the name of Brooke Shields?

For your information, her mother sold her body for 'soft' porn when she was 13 years old...! Millions of perverts the world over watched her displaying her naked pubescent body in a provocative manner ... isn't that disgusting? She was 'paid' to retain her virginity, because it made her even more appealing to those disgusting old men who were lusting after her.

But it wasn't Japan that committed such an outrage - it was America.

As for those 'girls' you've seen on the net, how do you KNOW that they are under 18? Did they TELL you that on the web-site? Do you actually BELIEVE everything a sleazy dump like that claims???

In case you were unaware of this, Japanese women (and men) usually look a LOT younger than their actual years in comparison to Western women, and it's NOT unusual for a 20-something woman to dress up and act like a kid for money - even a bona-fide movie or TV show, so why not for porn? After all, if you can appeal to the pervs AND stay 'just' the right side of the law, it's a win-win situation..?! They even do that in Western countries!

Anyway, even 'I' wouldn't call 'showing off their panties' pornography! (And I'm notoriously bad tempered, with a low tolerance threshold for just about everything!!!)
; )

BTW, didn't you know that America is famous for being the number one distributor of internet child pornography in the entire WORLD? Having a law against something doesn't actually prevent it happening I'm afraid. If it DID, there would be no murders...!

No, it is not the norm but Japan has a very hidden sub culture. In Kyoto there are vending machines where you can buy underwear. There is a lot that goes on behind closed doors and no one(police) do a darned things about it. If a woman wants to charge someone with stalking in Japan, she can only do so if the guy is her former lover. Define lover....even the police don't have a definition. I spent three years there and men have issues in that culture. Not all but the hidden subcultures are pretty sad.

few Japanese people except for lunatic and weird idiots know that girls under 18 are on Videos and DVDs. Here in Japan there are some abnormal perverts. I think it's pretty weird for adults over 20 years old to enjoy reading manga.
are you one of them?

In some places (the US, in certain) topless seashores are 18+, yet many seashores i have been to in Europe aren't to any extent further marked as such - people only take each little thing off, and they are kinfolk-pleasant.I went to a collection even as i turned right into a young person vacationing with my kinfolk.

There are a clause about a crime of obscenity. and about their age, too.
However, the definition of "obscenity" is vague and the clause maybe ambiguous.
It doesn't define whether "porn" or not. cos porn is not Japanese word.

They will insist that this aint commit the crime.
But one thing you to think, you say "13 and 14 year old girls". How do you know that? Japanese looks young.

Japan has the same law that you have to be over 18 to be in a porno. As to stories, portrayals, comics and etc. I do not know.
