Have a camera in your room and take a photo of the neighbor as he is peeping through your window, he could have a excuse to why he was in your garden. re (daisy5263) suggestion. It would be better if you used a digital camera, then you would have the evidence to show the police right away. Hope you manage to sort it out GOOD LUCK

Freak him out, close the blinds, sneak out of the house and hide... wait till he is right up to the window doing what ever it is he does, and take a picture of him..Then call the cops, and put up a neighborhood warning with the picture attached on all telephone polls...

shine a really bright light into his eyes, or when he is peeking through the window, hold up a large picture of a really ugly naked person.

invite a few neighbours to peek back at their window and if they ask.... then tell them they did the same to you too...So STOP IT

approach and ask him why he's trying to peek. if you already ask him and did'nt explain why, and still continue doing it, you report it immediately. Maybe he's just concern for you!

if he seems reasonable you can try talking to him, but if he looks kind of psycho you better file a report with police, and they can come and have a talk with him about this issue
